professional water investment and management corporation
founded by the core shareholders, including Bureau of
Comprehensive Development Ministry of Water Resources,
Sinohydro Corporation and Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River
Diversion Project Administration and other strategic
investors. The registered capital of the corporation is
800 million RMB. The corporation mainly engages in the
water industry investment and the relevant value-added
services, ranging from the exploitation and provision of
raw water, inter-region water transfer, city water
supply and drainage to brackish water desalination.
The corporation includes the General Manager’s Office,
Strategic Development and Financing Department, Finance
Department, Investment Department, Construction
Management Department and Asset Management Department.
